Frequently Asked Questions

Find the answers you are looking for by browsing through a number of questions we get asked a lot.

What are the differences between the Standard and Premium subscriptions you offer?

Great question! The “Standard” and “Standard+” packages include 1 Meet License (our secure video conferencing platform) and 1 Defender License (our endpoint protection solution). Whereas the “Premium” and “Premium+” packages include 2 additional Defender Licenses for a grand total of 3 Defender Licenses. The “+” indicates that the package is an annual subscription where customers receive a discounted price.

Why might I need multiple Defender licenses?

If you have multiple laptops or personal computers that you have personal information on or are using for video conferencing, we recommend one Defender license for each of these devices. One Defender License corresponds to one device.

Which devices does Defender work on?

Defender works on any laptop or personal computer that runs on Windows 10 or newer and MacOS. Defender does not protect mobile devices or tablets for the time being.

What is the difference between endpoint security and antivirus protection?

The major difference between Antivirus Protection and Endpoint Security is that Antivirus Protections will only let you know after a virus has been detected on your device. At that point, the hacker has already gained access to your data and likely has already caused harm. Endpoint Security is different. By locking down your device, Endpoint Security protects your computer before an attack can even occur.

Can I upgrade my plan after my purchase?

Yes, if you wish to upgrade your plan please contact our support team by emailing support(at)sevideca(dot)com.

What is the most secure video conferencing software available?

We’re proud to say that Sevideca Meet is the most secure video conferencing platforms available. Though there are a few other secure video meeting solution providers on the market, we’re the only company that offers a true Zero Trust security model.
