We offer month-to-month and annual prepaid subscription plans.

Billing Frequency
Your subscription will be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan. Payments are billed monthly for month-to-month plans and annually for prepaid annual plans.

Payment Information
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. You can update your payment information in your account settings.

Authorization for Auto-Billing
By providing your payment information, you authorize Sevideca, or its suppliers, to store your payment method and to automatically charge your provided payment method for the recurring subscription charges until canceled.

Backup Payment Authorization
You authorize Sevideca to use any updated payment information provided by you. Additionally, you authorize Sevideca to charge your current primary payment method by using the details of the payment method in our system. In the event that your primary payment method is declined, Sevideca reserves the right to use your backup payment method, assuming one is provided.

Charges
You agree that Sevideca may charge your credit card or other approved payment method for the amount due in accordance with your use of the Services. All prices displayed by Sevideca for the Services on your account do not include Taxes and Fees. If Taxes and Fees are applicable, they will be added to the invoices in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. You will see Taxes and Fees as a separate line item on the emailed receipt for the recurring charge.

No Refunds
You acknowledge and agree that all payments for the initial subscription term or the-then current renewal term, as applicable, are final and non-refundable.

Cancelation of Auto-Billing
At any time, you can cancel the auto-billing service through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Taxes and Fees
When applicable, Taxes and Fees will be added to the monthly or annual invoice when you are billed. We determine applicable Taxes and Fees based on your provided address. Sevideca is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by customers.

Failed Payments
In the event of a failed auto-billing transaction, we will attempt to notify you via email. It is your responsibility to resolve the issue promptly to avoid any potential service interruption.

Termination or Suspension for Nonpayment
If you fail to pay your account balance for three (3) calendar days following the installment due date, Sevideca reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice. Additionally, Sevideca reserves the right to revoke your access to the auto-billing service in the event of repeated failed payments or if you violate the End-User License Agreement.

Changes to Subscription Plan
Any changes made to your subscription plan may result in a change to the billing amount. You will be notified of this in advance to any such changes. Additionally, changes may impact your installment date. In the event that this occurs, you will be notified through email.

Changes to Pricing
At its sole discretion, Sevideca may change the prices for its Services at any time. For changes to prices, Sevideca will provide you with at least thirty (30) calendar days of notice. If you do not terminate or modify your Services, it shall be assumed that you have accepted the changes.

Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Subscription and Cancelation Terms. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through your account.

Billing Communications
You agree that Sevideca may contact you via email at any time with information relevant to billing communications, irrespective of whether or not you have opted out of receiving marketing communications.

Notification of Charges
You will receive an email notification confirming each auto-billing transaction, including the amount and billing date.
